63 Degrees
The name 63 Degrees comes from the perfect temperature at which to cook chicken, duck and other meats says Alex Moreau. “After years of experimentation my father discovered this culinary truth and it is now wholly encompassed in our menu and especially in two of our main signature dishes; the Suprème de Volaille and the Filet de Canette de 63 degrés.”
The Moreau family has been involved in catering for generations and have learned to deliver simple yet innovative dishes with a classic french feel. This traditional french family feeling extends to the restaurant itself where even the décor generates a cosy atmosphere of warmth and welcome.
The Christmas menu offered at 63 degrees will feature a concoction of festive french imagination. There will also be two set menus: the first, available with a wine accompaniment and the second slightly more indulgent with Foie gras and Champagne.
