Which area is the hotel in?

We are located by Piccadilly in the Northern Quarter next to the main shopping areas.

How far are you from the train stations?

We are 10 mins walk from Piccadilly Railway station and 20 mins from Oxford Road station. Both these stations have direct links from Manchester Airport.

Where is the nearest Metrolink tram stop?

Piccadilly Gardens

How far are you from the MEN Arena?

10 mins walk

How far is MMICC & Manchester Central?

10 mins walk

Do you have a 24 hour reception?

Yes we have receptionist available 24/7.

What are the check in & checkout times?

3pm check in. 11am checkout.

Can I arrange a early check in?

Yes subject to availability we can arrange a 1pm check in at a extra charge of 25

What happens if I arrive early?

You are welcome to arrive early, we can securely store luggage for you till your 3pm check in.

What deposits do I have to pay?

£200 at weekends & other days subject to management discretion.

When is the deposit refunded?

This will be refunded within 48hrs of departure

Can you smoke in the apartments?

The light is a non smoking building- Smoking is permitted on the balconies, however smoking in the rooms is not permitted and a charge of 150 will be levied if this rule is not adhered too.

What do I do if something is missing or damaged in the apartment on my arrival?

You must report this immediately to reception so it can be noted and corrected.

Can I have guests in the apartment after 1pm?

All guests must be signed in at reception-noise must be kept to a minimum, any disturbances are chargeable where other guests are affected. Regular patrols are conducted and any breaches of the peace are dealt with immediately.

Do you have a spa?

Yes the spa offers extensive Babor beauty therapies. We recommend pre-booking to avoid disappointment.

Do you have a gym?

have a well equipped gym that is open from 7am till 11pm. You can also pre book personal training sessions with our onsite Easyfit trainers-Tel No 07701022258.

Do you have a restaurant?

Simple @ The Light serves food Tuesday till Sunday between 12 noon and 11pm. Pre booking is advisable-0161 832 8764
